What's up with our Logo? Why the flying super hero?
/Austin has and always will be a place of many different backgrounds.
We wanted to “keep our Logo weird” Just like the “Keep Austin Weird” Slogan. “The Thinker” was my base, The statue that is.
If your not from Austin it wont take long to see the graffiti murals, weird signs and the wide mix of people calling Austin home.
Shawn Galarza was born in Brackenridge hospital and grew up attending the Boys Club of Austin as a child. While his parents worked long hours to provide for the family. This allow Shawn to roam Austin freely on buses, bicycles and sidewalks, Back in the 80’s this wasn’t a problem as Austin wasn’t populated as it is now.
Austin is and always will be a great city. So much to see, so much to do. And memories that can never be forgotten.
As an adult after graduating high school. Shawn was introduced to office furniture. Working to install for Dell, Samsung, Motorola. and all the .coms that came and went. He found a love for fine furniture. Fine furniture should be respected. All furniture should be respected. If handled properly it could outlast us.
One day while dealing with difficult clients for 8 plus hours they pulled Shawn aside and gave the compliment. They explained he handled every request, every change and every re do with poise. They asked if he would ever open his own installation company as they saw he had what it took to make it a success. This planted the seed. Within the same year Austin Accurate Movers was started. 14 years later, Shawn still loves furniture. Shawn takes great pride in every install, every move and every delivery.
When you respect the furniture and you respect your customers. They in turn respect you. Its simple and it’s kinda like the old Austin motto. Respect is always given and in return you tend to realize who you should and shouldn’t deal with. ‘
Respect an old Austin native and his company. He will always do right by his customers and together we will achieve our goals.
Zero damage, repeat customers and customers who become salesman for Austin Accurate Movers.
